The Winners of HC Quiz

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

yay! It's time for announcing the winners!

First of all we would like to thank all of you who have sent their photos to us. Subhanallah we didn't think that the enthusiasm would be so big. We really appreciate you all for this. There are more than 200 photos (from more than 100 groups) sent to our emails and they are all beautiful, MasyaAllah. We feel so grateful to see that there are many young muslimah out there who have worn hijab and keep learning to be istiqomah all the time. InsyaAllah we could learn from each other to be a better muslimah ;)

All these photos are sorted according to the criteria that we have posted before on our Blog, Facebook and Twitter, which are:

• using the theme: 'show your colour'
• the photo consists of min. 3 hijabis and max. 5 hijabis
• all covered + no tights allowed
• the photo must show the feel of companionship and friendship

From all the photos received before the due date (25th January 2011), there are some photos which are not complying one of the criteria above. Unfortunately, we could not able to include those group into the selection stage and leave 60 groups in this first round. And at the first round, we then eliminated another 30 groups and leave only 30 group to continue to the next round.

Below are our sisters who passed through the first round. Thank you guys!

And these are our sisters who passed through the second round, they look more colourful, expressive! :)

And last but not least, THE WINNERS! they fulfill all the criterias and the photo really show the feel of companionship and friendship.

Since there are so many groups contribute for this Quiz, we decided to have 3 winners. The 1st group will receive gifts from Gda's Gallery, the 2nd group will receive gifts from Tantri Havid and the 3rd group will receive gifts from Dunia Inline Skate (@duniainlinesk8). Please e-mail us (hijabers@gmail.com) your home address to deliver the gifts.

Once again, we say thank you so much for those of you who have contributed. Not to forget to mention those who tried wearing hijab (headscarf) special for this occasion. We pray that you'll get the hidayah soon ;) Love the efforts! We really hope we could see you soon at our launching on the 19th March 2011. And for those of you outside Jakarta, hope we could still keep in touch through the social network!

And please remember this :)

We all here are learning, some of us may have not yet able to dress properly as it should be and alhamdulillah some of us have. So lets not judge one another, lets be more supportive and motivative. Help those who are still learning, be their role model. Hijabers Community really hope this community can help us to be a stronger person with a stronger faith.

Jazakumullah Khairan Katsiran,
